My CFS story officially started in July 2015 however I suspect
it was a long time in the making. It floored me at first however after a lot of
reading up on the condition and much trial and error I have found some tips
that help me manage the condition better.

Can Anxiety Coping Mechanisms Be Unhealthy?
I like so many other anxiety sufferers have developed coping
mechanisms. What do we do though when these become part of the problem?
Coping mechanisms for anxiety tend to be created by the
sufferer themselves. They aren’t cures and they will have varying levels of
success. Some can be greatly helpful such as getting enough sleep however some
are unhealthy coping mechanisms and can make the problem worse. I have several
for my different types of anxiety. I never consciously decided to create coping
mechanisms they just happened.

Styling a Floral Blouse Ready For Spring Including Shoot Outtakes
I really enjoy creating outfit of the day type fashion posts on my
blog so I thought I would do another today on styling a floral blouse for spring. I hope you enjoy it.
I'm dreaming of
spring, optimistic maybe but it's definitely getting darker later now so that's
a sign we on our way there, right?

My Favourite Fruit Free Green Breakfast Smoothie
So why did I create a fruit free green breakfast smoothie? When I did the Candida diet last year I had to cut out all sugars,
including fruit, for 2 months. It's a very restrictive diet, especially during
the first 7 days when you can only eat non-starchy vegetables and eggs. I liked
to save the eggs for lunchtime so I struggled with what to eat for
breakfast.
I had always enjoyed smoothies but whilst I happily added vegetables to
them I always put fruit in too. I googled some recipes but nothing was quite
right so I set about experimenting.

Lessons Learned From My 8 Year Old and Why It's never Too Early To Think About Brownies For Your Daughter
I'm writing this post to share two important messages with you. The
first is a message we can all learn from. The second is for all the mummies of
young girls out there.
My 8-year-old daughter Annie is a brownie. A couple of weeks ago, she
brought home a sheet that she had completed with her ideas on how we can
help other people smile.

First Month of Blogging: Update, Page Views and a Challenge!
Yesterday my blog was one month old. I can’t believe I’m a
blogger at all never mind that I’ve been doing this for a month now! I’m loving
it!
As you hopefully know by now, I started this as a new year’s resolution of sorts. I never stick to
resolutions. I’m the queen of procrastination and excuse making. I can time
waste for hours. I don’t just put things off for days or weeks, I’m talking
years. ‘Next summer I will get in shape enough to wear denim shorts.’ ‘Next
Christmas I will make my own mince pies.’ ‘Next year I will sign up to a
fitness challenge.’ Just a few examples. We think we have forever to make our
lives how we want them to be, sadly we don’t.
